I. Buying at the JUST-ENE Website

Our customers can access the sale of JUST-ENE products through the following website:

In order to purchase from the JUST-ENE website, you must be over 18 years old (in those countries where the regulation requires a higher age, it will be in accordance with local regulations) and accept without reservation the present General Conditions.

Customers who wish to purchase products through the JUST-ENE website must

A) Register as a user on the website. To do this, you must provide JUST-ENE with your first and last name, your e-mail address, and choose a username and password to create your account. Alternatively, you can log in with your regular username and password via Facebook by clicking on the "Connect to Facebook" button. By clicking on this button, JUST-ENE will ask you for authorization to access your public profile and friend list on the social network Facebook.

By creating a user account on JUST-ENE, the customer authorizes us to send administrative and promotional emails, according to the following definitions:

  1. "Administrative Emails": Includes details of account activity and the purchase that the customer made.
  2. "Promotional Emails" consists of product information, new offers and promotions and any other commercial information about JUST-ENE. By virtue of Article 96 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16th November, approving the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the customer will be informed in each promotional email sent by JUST-ENE, of its commercial nature as well as of the fact that the customer receives this electronic communication because he/she is the owner of a user account on the JUST-ENE website.

    Also, in compliance with Article 302 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, the customer can choose not to receive promotional emails at any time simply by clicking on the link at the end of our emails and following the instructions provided, or by sending an email to, expressly indicating that he or she wishes to stop receiving promotional emails from JUST-ENE.


B) Start a selection and personalization process of the products, clicking on the "Design" button, selecting those elements, materials and/or characteristics that you wish to integrate in the final product. You can also indicate if you have any Discount Code that may be applicable. The website will inform you of the price of the product in terms of the elements, materials and/or characteristics selected, breaking down the different concepts that make up the Final Price so that you always have all the necessary information before validating your order. Notwithstanding the above, JUST-ENE warns its customers that certain materials may have a surcharge that will be indicated in due course on the website. Likewise, the amount of shipping costs and applicable indirect taxes, customs duties and other surcharges will vary depending on the country of destination of the order placed, which will be indicated in due course on the website.

C) Once you are satisfied with the design of the product, you should add it to the "Basket" of the purchase. In orders of more than 2 pairs of shoes, Just-Ene may contact the customer to confirm the purchase reserving the right not to serve more than this amount in a single order.

D) To process the order you must:

  1. Check the box "I have read and accept the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy", after having read them carefully, which you can access via links, and click on "Buy".
  2. Fill in the shipping information where you want to receive the product.
  3. Select the payment method (credit card, debit card or PayPal). You will have to fill in the necessary details to make the payment, and you will be redirected to the website of your bank or to the PayPal website. Once these steps have been taken, you will be redirected back to the JUST-ENE website to receive your Order Confirmation.


E) Confirm the purchase

Once the purchase has been formalized, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order, as well as an order identification key. JUST-ENE expressly reserves the right not to accept the order or to cancel it, even after the confirmation of the order, in particular:

  • When any of the elements that make up the order are not available
  • Product billing and/or shipping information is not correct or cannot be verified
  • There is a suspicion that the order may be fraudulent. Delivery cannot be made to the address provided

JUST-ENE may send the customer a template so that, depending on the model of footwear requested, the customer can check that the size is appropriate.
JUST-ENE may verify the data you have provided in case of suspicion of fraud or if the person who has processed the order does not meet the age requirement.

In these cases, an email will be sent informing the customer of this circumstance, and the customer will be reimbursed for all amounts that have been paid to JUST-ENE using the same means that the customer has used for payment, within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days.



II. Prices

All prices shown are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) or indirect tax applicable to the transaction, at the general rate in force. When you place your order, you will see a breakdown of the amount corresponding to the applicable tax.

The applicable shipping costs are as follows:

  • Spain: 10
  • Rest of Europe: 45EUR
  • Rest of the World: 75EUR

The final price that appears when you place your order, on the screen called "Basket" includes taxes and shipping costs, the amounts of which are suitably broken down. They do not include taxes and customs duties that may apply and that, if applicable, you must assume as a client of JUST-ENE.

JUST-ENE may periodically update the prices of its products, which will be duly published on its website. This update will not affect the current rates that we have indicated to you when confirming a firm order.

The amount of the order will be charged to the card account or to your Paypal account at the time of purchase.

Credit card fraud is a crime. JUST-ENE reserves the right to take legal action against those who carry out fraudulent transactions on the JUST-ENE website.

IV. Delivery of the order

Deliveries are made on working days at the destination. Deliveries will only be accepted to private homes or offices located in any of the countries where JUST-ENE operates. No deliveries will be made to post office boxes.

JUST-ENE only delivers customised products to order, so we need a reasonable time to manufacture your order and, after passing our quality control, it will be delivered to your home. JUST-ENE commits itself to deliver your order within the following deadlines:

  1. Shipments to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA):
  2. Standard Shipping : between four (4) and six (6) weeks.
  3. Shipments to the rest of the world:

The delivery times indicated for Europe could be affected for reasons beyond the company's control. JUST-ENE cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery, in particular due to possible customs holds. We reserve the right to split the delivery of the order. The splitting of the delivery by JUST-ENE will not involve any additional costs.


Shipping verification When you receive your shipment, you should check the status of the packaging at the time of delivery. If the products have arrived damaged, do not accept the shipment and indicate to the carrier the reason for non-acceptance.

If the shipment has not been rejected within 10 days of delivery, it will be considered to have arrived in perfect condition and accepted by you.

V. JUST-ENE Product Design

The JUST-ENE products are designed to be fully customized, through a combination of materials, colors and decorations, accessories, etc. The products you design may infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties or contain inappropriate text or text that JUST-ENE does not want displayed on its products. For this reason, JUST-ENE may reject a product design, in which case, we will send you a notification by email.

The design of the products must be made by the customer who, in any case, guarantees that he or she has the authorization to use a specific design created by another person. The user is solely responsible for the design of the products. JUST-ENE reserves the right to reject the design, in which case we will send you a notification by email and in no case will JUST-ENE be responsible for the design made by the users of the JUST-ENE website.

Designs made through the JUST-ENE website that might have some kind of intellectual property rights are directly transferred to JUST-ENE or, alternatively, JUST-ENE will be granted an exclusive, total, free and indefinite license to use your design, including, without limitation, its copies, editing, modification, public display, reproduction by any means, distribution and granting of sub-licenses, at JUST-ENE's will.

The user waives any kind of claim against JUST-ENE or third parties for the use of a design similar to the one made by the user.

VI. Product warranty

The repair and replacement, at the customer's choice (unless one of the two options is objectively impossible or disproportionate) will conform to the following rules, in accordance with the provisions of articles 119 and following of the current Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:

They will be free of charge for the consumer and user. This quality guarantee will include the necessary expenses to correct the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, especially the shipping costs, as well as the costs related to labor and materials.

The products designed by JUST-ENE are subject to a strict quality control, after their manufacture. Nevertheless, in case the customer observes any eventual quality defect, JUST-ENE commits itself to repair or replace the product with another one of similar characteristics in the shortest possible time.

The colours may vary depending on the characteristics and configurations of the screen from which the JUST-ENE website is accessed, printing type, etc. It is important that you bear in mind that, within a certain range, colour variations are not considered manufacturing defects, even depending on the type of materials used. These small variations or perceptions do not imply a lack of conformity of our products.

VII. Cancellation of an order

JUST-ENE allows an order to be interrupted as long as no more than 48 hours have passed since it was placed. During that time we allow you to modify any of the design elements of your shoes. After this period of time, the order cannot be cancelled, so you will have to wait for the return of the order after its reception.

To proceed to the cancellation of an order, you will have to send an email to indicating the manufacture of which pair of shoes you want to cancel, and JUST-ENE will proceed to immediately interrupt the manufacture of the shoes. The money will be refunded within a maximum period of one week, from the moment the order is cancelled, through the same means by which the payment was made.

You must know that any change you intend to make in the design of your shoes once they have been received, has an associated cost, as long as it is not due to a manufacturing or quality defect attributable to JUST-ENE.

VIII. Returning an order

JUST-ENE will allow the return of the shoes you have purchased, provided that the following requirements are met (if any of these points are not met, JUST-ENE may refuse such return):

  1. That the return is made within 7 days of receiving the footwear.
  2. That the procedure for communication, approval and logistical dispatch established by JUST-ENE is faithfully followed.
  3. That the shoes have not been worn or damaged in any way.
  4. Have the shoes returned in perfect condition in the original box.

Once it has been checked that the pair of shoes is in perfect condition, JUST-ENE will proceed to reimburse 100% of the price paid for them within 3-5 working days. Otherwise, JUST-ENE will notify you of the rejection of the return and will return the order, the cost of which will be assumed by the customer, to the original delivery address. The customer will have to pay for the complete transport of an order whose return has been rejected and will have the obligation to satisfy this cost and to receive the order back. Otherwise, it will be understood that you do not wish to dispose of your shoes and you give up your property to JUST-ENE free of charge, which may destroy them or transfer them to a third party.

The price will be refunded by the same means as the order was paid for.


How can I return my order?

If you want to return your order, you must contact JUST-ENE through the email address:, indicating your name, the identification number of your order, which will appear on the delivery note and a brief description of the reason for the return:

  • If the place of shipment of the shoe is Spain or any Member State of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA): Once JUST-ENE receives your return request, we will send you an email with the instructions that you must follow so that our logistics provider can pick up the shoes at the address that you indicate. Remember that the return has no cost for our customers, as long as the shoes have a quality or manufacturing defect, attributable to JUST-ENE. Otherwise, the customer will pay for the return costs.
  • If the shoe's shipping location is the rest of the world: Upon receipt of your return request, we will send you an email with delivery instructions. Once JUST-ENE receives your return request, we will send you an email with the instructions to follow so that our logistics provider can pick up the shoes at the address you provide. Remember that in Europe, the return has no cost for our customers, as long as the shoes have a quality or manufacturing defect, attributable to JUST-ENE. Otherwise, the customer will pay for the return costs.


Limitations on the right of return:

In accordance with the provisions of Article 102 in relation to Article 103 c) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts signed by JUST-ENE with its clients, as these are contracts for the supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, which are exempted from the right of withdrawal.

The advantageous conditions of the right of return granted by JUST-ENE will not apply to orders that could exceed a maximum of 2 pairs per order (except for the first order where the right of return guaranteed, will only correspond to one pair of shoes). Once the order has been approved, you should know that, with regard to the third and subsequent pair (second and subsequent pair, in case it is your first order), you are only entitled to a 50% refund of the price of the shoes you return. From the fourth return of an order (this one included), the user loses the right of return.

Gift certificates are not subject to return.
